Middletown City School District (MCSD) welcomes Erica Thompson to the Student Services Department as a Student Services Coordinator. Thompson joins Keri Hensley, Student Services Coordinator, and Dana Miller, Senior Director of Student Services.

“When hiring, we look for individuals to care, represent, and advocate for all Middletown students. Ms. Thompson will manage all that and much more. She is passionate about her craft and a true leader in education,” said Debbie Houser, MCSD Senior Director of Human Resources.

“I am incredibly honored to be given the opportunity to join Middletown City Schools in my new role as student services coordinator. Middletown’s dedication to their students and community is exactly the type of environment in which I desire to continue my career. I am excited to develop new relationships and support the staff and students of Middletown City Schools,” said Thompson.

Thompson earned her Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati, her Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati, and she is working on her Doctorate of Education from the University of Dayton with a concentration in Leadership for Organizations.
