There is NO charge for transcripts while a student is enrolled at Middletown High school (Including MHS students attending Butler Tech and Warren County Career Center). All seniors are required to request transcripts through Naviance. (This free process is available for senior students until July 1st. After this date, seniors will then be classified as Former Students & Graduates and must PAY for a transcript through Parchment below.)

Creating an account is free and only takes a few steps. Your Parchment account speeds up the process of ordering transcripts for you and sending transcripts for the Guidance Office. You may set your account up by going to the link below. Please know there is a processing fee for all transcript request through Parchment.
To order a transcript if you graduated before 2008 there is a $5.00 fee. Click on the "Transcript Request Form" below and follow the instructions provided.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process transcripts that will be mailed.
