Message from MCSD and MPD

This evening, April 30, 2019, the Middletown Police Department and Middletown administrators were alerted to a social media post threatening violence against Middletown High School. Our law enforcement apprehended the student behind the post. Following the advice from MPD, we consider the threat over and school will occur as normal.
We have policies and procedures that places the highest priority on the health and safety of our students. A big thank you to everyone who helps keep our schools safe for our students and staff. As always, if you see something, say something!
