At the March 18, 2019 Board of Education (BOE) meeting, Marlon Styles, Jr., MCSD Superintendent, discussed the MCSD Elementary Expansion Project and he determined the district can no longer accept kindergarten-8th grade open enrollment requests for families who live outside of the Middletown City School District.
