Swim Team Tryouts are this week at the downtown YMCA Monday – Thursday 3pm – 5pm and Friday 3pm – 4 pm.  See Ms. Bogotay in room 277 with any questions or concerns.

Mrs. Russell's & Ms. Wandsnider's classes collaborated to create a set of Unity Wings. Stop by the Media Center sometime to snap a picture with them. These wings were created with the concept of "We Lift Each Other Up" with each feather containing a positive or encouraging word. Make sure you #CaptureTheMoment! #MiddieRising

The Rise After School Program will begin hosting a Photography Class today. Students will learn the principles of photography from a professional photographer as well as basics on running your own business and being an entrepreneur. Do you have a passion for photography? Want to take beautiful pictures? How about an interest in being your own boss someday? If you answered yes to these questions, we highly encourage you to join this club. Sign up at the Rise After School Program office in the Cafeteria. Spots are limited!

Speech and Debate practices has been moved from Tuesday to Friday this week ONLY, in Room 252.  First competition is November 9th. Practice will be held in 252 on Tuesdays until Ms. Scalf returns.

If you are a junior or senior and have any interest in working in the medical field, this announcement is for you! November is Healthcare Month and Middletown High School has the opportunity to tour three different healthcare providers. The first tour is this Friday, November 1st at Sunrise Treatment Center in Middletown. Then, on November 8th, MHS is touring Atrium Medical Center, and lastly, on November 22nd, Sycamore Hospital in Kettering. If you are interested in attending these field trips, please see Miss Turner in room 236 for a permission slip. You may attend all three. 

Class of 2023- Order Forms for your class shirt are on your schoology account or with your MAP teacher. Please print fill out and give to Mr. Thomas in room 133. Form must be completed and money turned in before November 6th.

Concussion testing for boys basketball will be today after school in room 074.  This is for freshman, juniors and anyone not tested lasted last year.  This is mandatory for participation so make sure you are there!

Boys basketball tryouts are this Friday.  Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are from 2:30-4:30 and Freshman from 4:30-6:30.  Saturday tryouts are from 7:00-9:00 am for all grades and from 2:00-4:00.
