Homecoming Tickets sales start Monday for $10 each. MHS students can purchase tickets during lunch times only.

SuperSac will be held today at noon in the Community Room.

Seniors without their Menningitis immunization the exclusion date is Monday. If you do not have your immunization turned in by then you will be sent home unable to attend school until it is turned in to the school nurse.

Chess Club is today and every Thursday after school in Mr. Stringer's room (120)

The annual fall blood drive will be Thursday, October 10^th, from 8-12.  Each donor will help save 3 lives.  Sign-ups will be at lunch; last day will be Thursday October 3.  Please see Mr. Geier at lunch for details and forms.

Keep America Beautiful is sponsoring the Great Miami River Clean Up and looking for volunteers for Saturday, October 26^th. For sign up or more information check out the TV screens

The After School Program is back! Last year we were known as the Future Center but now we are called RISE After School Program. We offer different programs and activities each day after school. On Mondays we have our dance team “Purple Essence” and Latinx Leaders, a community group for students of Hispanic & Latino heritage. On Tuesdays we have Table Tennis Club and Video Game Club. On Wednesdays we offer a music studio and production class as well as yoga. Lastly, on Thursdays we offer Boxing Club as well as a second day of Table Tennis. We are also looking to add Gardening, Fashion & Design, Photography, and Art clubs.Homework assistance, stress management, mindfulness, and snacks are offered daily! There is an activity bus to take you home if transportation is an issue. Remember, we now operate in the first floor world languages hallway. Come visit us in the RISE After School Program office in the cafeteria to learn more and pick up your application!"

We are also excited to announce The Dance Club is having an informational and clinic on Monday September 30th at 2:30. This is open to all students who are interested in dance. We will meet in the language arts common space before the clinic. Please rise to the occasion, come dressed to dance and have some fun!  If you have any questions or concerns, see Mrs. Edwards or Dr. Daniels in The Rise After School and Mentoring Office.

Homecoming court will have a mandatory meeting tomorrow at 2:20 in the World Language Common Area.  The meeting will be brief, but all court members must attend.
