Juniors and seniors: The Career & College Expo is tomorrow from 8:55-10:35. This event is designed for you to investigate your plans for after graduation.
You will only have 30 minutes in your session to visit the booths in the arena and community room, so please make sure you make the most of it. Do not miss this opportunity!
Reminder – No school this Friday due to an in-service day and no school on Monday in celebration of President’s Day.
Black History Month:
Born just 5 years after the end of the Civil War. Robert Abbott founded a weekly newspaper, THE CHICAGO DEFENDER in 1905, one of the most important black newspapers in history. The success of the CHICAGO DEFENDER made Abbott one of the nations most prominent post slavery black millionaires.
