Anyone interested in playing Esports should check their MAP course for information. There will be a meeting on Wednesday during MAP for anyone interested. See Mr. Stringer for more details.
This past weekend our Middies competed in their first indoor meet at Ohio State and had an outstanding performance. De'Yon Brown qualified for the Indoor State meet by winning the 60 meter dash with a time of 6.98 and getting second in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.87. Kylen McGill set a personal record in the 200 M with a 24.50 finishing making him 12th out of 47 runners, De'Yon will be traveling to the University of Kentucky to compete this weekend in the 60 meter and 200 meter dash. Wish him luck!
Today is Dance Auditions for the MHS show choir. All students auditioning should report to the choir room immediately after school. You will be taught a series of dance steps. The current show choir captain will teach the steps and show choir members will be there to assist you. Questions? See Mrs. Minge in room 112
Juniors and seniors: The Career & College Expo is next Thursday from 8:55-10:35. This event is designed for you to investigate your plans for after graduation.
You will only have 30 minutes in your session to visit the booths in the arena and community room, so please make sure you make the most of it. Do not miss this opportunity!
CCP students at MUM this semester are reminded that the drop deadline is Thursday, Feb 13 so you would need to see your high school counselor by that day as well to confirm.
Reminder – No school this Friday due to an in-service day and no school on Monday in celebration of President’s Day.
